7. How long does shipping take?
For domestic orders, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. International shipping times may vary depending on your country, but typically takes 7-14 business days. We also offer express shipping options for customers based in Mumbai & Delhi.
8. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your package's delivery status.
9. What is your return policy?
Returns are only accepted in the event that you receive a product that was damaged during transit. To initiate a return, you must provide substantiated evidence in the form of an unboxing video of the damaged product with the shipping label clearly visible. This helps us ensure the authenticity of your claim and aids in our investigation process.
To be eligible for a return, you must raise a dispute within 24 hours of receiving the product. orders placed during weekdays take up to 24 hours (excluding Sundays) to process in our facility. However, during special sales or promotions (because who doesn’t love a good sale, right?), processing may take a little longer. But don’t worry, your goodies will be worth the wait!
